TRN/Online Classes
To sign up for online classes you must see your agency Training Coordinator. Once you have completed an online class through TRN, submit a copy of your certificate at records@nrcjts.org .
Basic Entry Level Law Enforcement Training
N.R.C.J.T.A. will be starting the second Basic Law Enforcement class of 2025 on August 7th, 2025. Refer to the Pre-Employment Meetings section below, if you are interested in attending. The Basic Law Enforcement Class # 90 will graduate on January 15th, 2025.
Entry Level Jail Training
N.R.C.J.T.A. runs 4 Basic Jail classes each year. If you are interested in becoming a Jail Officer, please contact the New River Valley Regional Jail about employment.
